Unlocking the genius minds of tomorrow, today
Eileen Sauer started working in the IT industry in 1986 and has a background in Java/J2EE development, technical training and, more recently, business intelligence.
Thanks to an entrepreneurial bent which also includes branching into real estate investing (capitalizing on the subprime mess), Eileen has been semi-retired in Galt's Gulch for a few years now.
She is looking at JavaScript, CSS, YUI, JSON, AJAX, Moodle4Mac, Pentaho, etc. and is currently trying to build a YUI generator. Why the title on this page? Because the behaviors necessary to unlock one's full potential are caught, not taught. Having seen profound changes in the people she's worked with in her real estate business (goal: "from drugs to college in three generations flat"), a long term goal is to figure out how to apply those same principles to IT as well.
Eileen is also a licensed cranial/structural therapist and the only SET therapist in the state of Alabama. She and her sister are pianists/composers who performed in Carnegie Recital Hall as children (former grand-students of Claude Debussy and great grand-students of Franz Liszt).
